A3: Except on Fridays , if we receive the order before 11 am we can often send it out the same day and it should arrive at the delivery address the following day. If the order comes on Friday we will dispatch on Monday, unless you tell us otherwise.
A4: All our trunks are shipped in made to measure cartons and delivered the next working day. When you receive your trunk, please have a quick check around it to make sure there are no obvious signs of damage before signing for it - if damaged please refuse parcel and contact us immediately.
A7: If your trunk has an alloy fascia and is left in a damp environment, use an oily cloth to wipe over the fascia to keep it looking its best. If it’s a colored fascia a dustpan/brush is the best way to keep it clean. The locks will work smoother if they are oiled once a year as per the picture below:
A8: Please contact us with your requirement, we can make your trunk to your exact requirement, size and covering. i.e. cloth, wallpaper - we will talk you through your size and your design. We will require a small sample of material to test our bonding adhesives but if you can imagine it, we can build it!
