Delivery Information

When you place your order, please inform us of a suitable delivery date, between Monday and Friday giving us a few days if possible to prepare your trunk order, there is a comments box during the order process, or you can use our contact us page, or just email us any helpful details about your delivery to: info@storagetrunks.co.uk.

Also if there is a suitable place it can be left in the event that you are not in when the order arrives, ie porch, garage or shed etc.

When your order is placed, you will receive a transaction payment receipt and we also send you an email confirming your order and delivery date, if specified by you.

On the day your order leaves us, we will send a second email reminding you that your trunk order is on the way and will arrive the next working day, along with all the online tracking info and courier website details.

Deliveries take place between 8.45 am and 5.30 pm Monday to Friday on your chosen date

Even if ordered well in advance of your chosen delivery date, we always send out trunk orders to you the working day before, on a next day delivery service, this reduces the time the order is in the delivery process and reduces the chance of problems.

For specified delivery times, or Saturday deliveries, we incur a surcharge that we have to pass on to you, depending on the trunk order size and weight contact us for details.



We are more than happy to reply to email questions and telephone calls during evenings and weekends regarding our trunks and delivery dates. We take great care to make the online purchase and delivery of our trunks as smooth as possible for you.

We guarantee that each item advertised on our website has been carefully checked for quality and workmanship standards. All merchandise leaves us new, undamaged and free from defects. We try to ensure that all product descriptions, pictorial representations, pricing and availability are accurate on our website, but errors may occur. We will contact you upon discovery of an error and give you the option of reconfirming your order or cancelling.

Items are photographed using high resolution imaging equipment and uploaded onto our website. We cannot accept responsibility for any variation in colour caused by the browser software or computer system used by you.

All prices on our website are shown in British Pounds and inclusive of VAT.

Delivery

Your order will be hand checked for quality and carefully wrapped.
We try to send out all orders as quickly as we can, however you can order in advance, we will then organise it to suit your delivery date.
All deliveries are shipped free of charge to mainland UK addresses.

Returns and Refunds

Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the legal right to cancel your order within fourteen working days upon receipt of the goods.
Every effort is made to ensure that our products reach you in excellent condition. However, if upon receipt, the goods are not of satisfactory quality, damaged
or not as described, they may be returned for an exchange or full refund. Simply return the items, in their original condition and packaging, within 28 days of receipt.

Please retain the original packaging for returns or if the outer packaging is damaged upon arrival as we may ask you to provide photographic evidence of the damaged goods as well as packaging for insurance purposes.


Returns and Refunds Procedure
1. Email us at info@storagetrunks.co.uk to inform us that you wish to return your purchase for an exchange or full refund.
2. Please return your dispatch note or invoice
, as it will be required as proof of purchase, with the goods.
3. Take the parcel to a courier service and send to: LogicLine Unit 3 High House Farm, Barling Road, Barling, Essex, SS3 OLZ. United Kingdom

You must send the goods back to us in their original condition to our contact address at your own cost (unless we delivered the item to you in error or the item is damaged or defective) as soon as possible once you have cancelled the contract.

We reserve the right to make a charge, not exceeding our direct costs for both the outbound, and the return costs for all goods couriered, the outbound costs will still apply should you wish to return the item(s) at your own expense. The inclusive outbound carriage cost only applies to an item(s) that are not returned to us.

Please allow up to 14 days for your refund from the date we receive the returned goods.
