Absolutely amazing - I wouldn't have been upset if it didn't arrive today as many companies actually advertise next day delivery but in practice it turns out to be 3 days or more to the north of Scotland.
The customer service I received from Steve was excellent.
I had an initial question and received an answer online by return.
He also offered advice on the suitability of the trunk which was very helpful.
The fact that I was able to track the shipment was most reassuring - next day delivery to the north of Scotland is amazing.

"Dear Steve,
We have just received our trunk order today and are absolutely delighted, if not relieved.
My 5 year old son is Pirate daft and for his Birthday we are giving him a Pirate themed room.
I have sourced some fantastic items on-line but I struggled to find a large treasure chest for the bottom of his bed that wasn't old, dirty, too heavy for little fingers and/or really expensive.
After much researching I came across the boarding trunks. Black with brass hinges and studs it looks very old fashioned but it's new, lightweight and has the must have lock to keep people out (he was quite specific about that).
Upon delivery, I couldn't wait to see what it would look like in his room and it is going to look great.
Best thing is - this trunk was half the price of a kids treasure chest that I had already looked at. It also had far better reviews and we can use it again ourselves when boy grows out of Pirates.
Communication excellent. Delivery excellent. Purchase excellent. It's been a pleasure.

I bought my trunks about 18 months ago and
at that time i didn't think necessary to write a comment saying
" dear Steve, my trunks have arrived safely" so i thought I'd see how they went in the real world.
The first journey they did was from your warehouse to my house (where they got filled up to the brim).
Then 3 weeks of traveling to arrive Bangkok , once there, most went into storage while one got used as blanket trunk.
Then in march, we were transferred to Dubai, half the trunks took a plane, and in 2 weeks they were in Dubai
while the rest took a boat and one month to go back to the UK.
In August i decided to have the trunks in the UK then sent to Dubai as well.
I know it's a very long testimony, but at least i can say that your trunks are very sturdy and will go the distance and
i did keep them packed in their carboard boxes, just to add extra security."

On the day the goods were despatched, another email was received, advising the shipment had been made, quoting the delivery date and giving a link to the carrier's tracking system together with a tracking number for the order.

Yes, both the CD case and the storage trunk arrived as arranged.
They actually arrived at 08.30 so we were very pleased as it freed our day for other things.

I am a student studying in Cambridge and I needed something to store all of my stuff when I go back to Scotland.
