Q2: How much smaller is the internal size than the external measurements shown on the web site? Q3: How long will my trunk take to be delivered? Q4: How will my trunk be delivered and packaged? Q5: How can I track my delivery? Q6: Can I make arrangements for my order to be delivered to a neighbour? Q7: Do I need to maintain my trunk. Q8: How do I order a special size or finish? Q9: Where are the trunks made? Q10: Can I come and collect my trunk? Answers A1: Logicline trunks are measured externally in inches, as per the diagram below: Top A2: The internal measurements of our trunks are approximately a ¼ inch less than the external dimension shown. Top A3: Except on Fridays , if we receive the order before 11 am we will send it out the same day and it should arrive at the delivery address the following day. If the order comes on Friday we will despatch on Monday, unless you tell us otherwise. Top A4: All our trunks are shipped in made to measure cartons and delivered using City Link 24 hour courier service. When you receive your trunk, please have a quick check around it to make sure there are no obvious signs of damage before signing for it - if damaged please refuse parcel and contact us immediately. Top A5: When your trunk has been dispatched, we will email you a Job Number. Click here to go to the City Link parcel tracking service and enter your Job Number. Top A6: If you need your order to be left with a neighbour or in a safe place, please leave details in the comments box during the checkout process. Top A7: If your trunk has an alloy fascia and is left in a damp environment, use an oily cloth to wipe over the fascia to keep it looking its best. If it’s a coloured fascia a dustpan/brush is the best way to keep it clean. The locks will work smoother if they are oiled once a year as per the picture below: Top A8: Please contact us with your requirement, we can make your trunk to your exact requirement, size and covering. i.e. cloth, wallpaper - we will talk you through your size and your design. We will require a small sample of material to test our bonding adhesives but if you can imagine it, we can build it! Top A9: All our trunks are manufactured in the UK at our factory in Essex.
